The hotel has a trendy ultra-modern minimalist style but my room was directly below the heating unit for the hotel, which was not ideal.
The hotel offers very clean and eco-friendly rooms that are unique, but some may find them lacking in space. While the rooms never reached the desired temperature, they are indeed well-maintained. The location is very comfortable, making it perfect for downtown activities in Grand Rapids, though those seeking a street view room may need to pay extra. The dining options may leave something to be desired, with limited variety and sometimes inconsistent service timings.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated with the most comfortable bed and an amazing shower, even though it was a bit pricier at around $80. However, the terrific view and queen bed made it worth it. The service was top-notch with convenient amenities like dry cleaning, housekeeping, and a welcome drink. The location was perfect for my plans, being within walking distance of downtown attractions in Grand Rapids. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the breakfast served in bed on weekdays. The facilities were excellent, offering everything I needed during my stay.
